The Feldenkrais-method is considered one of the best known body concepts. The basic idea is to modify and expand one’s own „self-image“ in order to change patterns of action. It is about the „how“ (quality) and not the „what“ of a movement and is practically developed through approaches like „awareness through movement“ as well as „functional integration“.
