During the preparation of my lecture and the comparison of some teaching methods and techniques on the subject of #rhythm for the upcoming workshop at UTSC Choice Styria, the system of #Konnakol emerges as the most promising. In a modified form, this musical system of vocal percussion is already used in various general but also dance-specific technical literature. Now, it´s my intention to define exercises to take away the dancer’s fear of musical parameters in a playful way.
